Wanted to tell you all that I received one of the nicest thank you cards I've ever received from the bride of the wedding cake I made during the infamous "bad" weekend. She wrote to thank me and to tell me it was the most "amazing, delicious, beautiful cake that she had ever seen/eaten"!
Huh...gonna need to pull out that card if I ever have one of "those" weekends again! :o)
